Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By accessing 2165 or creating an account, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. 2165 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following an update will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
- This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above.
- You must open an account with a valid ID and accurate information.
- No individual may open more than one account.
Account Creation, Verification & Security
To open an account with 2165, you must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and mobile number. Registering with false information or using another person's identity is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
For withdrawals above a certain amount, verification of your National ID or passport may be required. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Each user may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
All transactions on 2165 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Your registered mobile number must be used for all transactions.
- A minimum deposit amount applies — the current limit is displayed on the platform.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
- 2165 may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
- 2165 will not be held responsible for deposits or withdrawals made using incorrect information.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
- Providing accurate and truthful information at all times.
- Taking responsibility for all activities carried out on the account.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Betting responsibly and staying within your own limits.
- Exploiting any bugs or glitches on the platform.
- Using automated software or bots.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
- Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limitations
Reasons for Account Suspension and Closure
2165 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms or engaging in suspicious activity.
- Registering with false information or impersonating another person.
- Repeated bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms.
- Court orders or requests from regulatory authorities.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
Limitation of Liability
2165 is not liable for: temporary service disruptions due to technical issues, delays caused by third-party payment gateways, problems with a user's own device or internet connection, or changes in bet outcomes or match circumstances.
All content on the 2165 platform — including logos, designs, software, and text — is protected under our intellectual property rights. Reproducing or distributing any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
2165 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party references appearing on the platform.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
2165 may update these Terms as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
